Kassondra Walters embodies a PhD in lived experience, where knowledge is carried, practiced, and shared in service of community.
Rooted in Indigenous knowledge systems and over two decades of corporate experience, Kassondra offers a wholistic approach to leadership and workplace wellbeing. Drawing from lived experience and a healing-centred lens, she supports organizations to create spaces where people feel grounded, supported, and empowered to lead with clarity, connection, and purpose.
“It was through my journey with breast cancer that I shifted how I lead, moving from over-reliance on masculine energy into a more balanced, heart-centred way of being. After a lifetime of seeking safety in others, I came to understand that my purpose is to become that safe space for myself and for those I serve.”
Kassondra, a First Nations Oneida and Celtic woman and member of Six Nations of the Grand River, is a bridge and builder; who weaves cultures, traditions, and ways of knowing. Guided by love, compassion, and courage, she empowers individuals and communities through self-awareness, lived knowledge, and the wisdom carried through her journey.
Trauma-informed and deeply grounded in lived and learned experience, Kassondra holds safe and intentional spaces for leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals returning to themselves. Offering curated Yoga, Reiki, and reflective journaling sessions, integrating Hodinohsho:ni, Anishinaabe, yogic, energy healing, and somatic knowledge and practices.
“Choosing wholistic and traditional healing practices to navigate depression, anxiety, addiction, cancer, and grief became a process of soul retrieval; a returning to myself, my spirit, and my way of being in the world.”
