“It was through my journey with breast cancer that I shifted how I lead, moving from over-reliance on masculine energy into a more balanced, heart-centred way of being. After a lifetime of seeking safety in others, I came to understand that my purpose is to become that safe space for myself and for those I serve.”
Kassondra, a First Nations Oneida and Celtic woman and member of Six Nations of the Grand River, is a bridge and builder; connecting Indigenous wisdom, corporate leadership, and wholistic approaches to transformation. Guided by love, compassion, and courage, she empowers leaders, organizations, and communities through strategic insight, lived experience, self-awareness, and the wisdom carried through her journey.
Trauma-responsive and deeply grounded in lived and learned experience, Kassondra creates intentional spaces for leaders, entrepreneurs, and individuals strengthening clarity, capacity, and connection. Through curated Breathwork, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, and reflective journaling experiences, she integrates Hodinohsho:ni, Anishinaabe, yogic, energy healing, and somatic practices to cultivate embodied leadership and wholistic transformation.
“Choosing wholistic and traditional healing practices to navigate depression, anxiety, addiction, cancer, and grief became a process of soul retrieval; a returning to myself, my spirit, and my way of being in the world.”
