About Kassondra Walters

Founder & CEO, Principal Advisor

Kassondra Walters is the Founder, CEO, and Principal Advisor of KD Management & Consulting, a 100% Indigenous woman-owned Leadership Risk Mitigation, Strategic Advisory, and Transformational Leadership practice.

Kassondra’s framework is grounded in 30 years of professional experience, beginning with 10 years in retail sales and management, followed by her decision to pursue post-secondary education and earn an International Business Advanced Diploma, and continuing through organizational leadership, HR, recruitment, business development, Indigenous entrepreneurship and mentorship.

Alongside this professional journey, Kassondra navigated and worked through intergenerational and lived experiences of trauma, supported by psychotherapy, self-awareness, trauma-informed psychoeducation and continued learning in areas including Trauma of Money, yoga, breathwork, Reiki, movement and embodied practice.

Kassondra draws from this intersection of lived experience, Indigenous relational knowledge, organizational leadership, embodied practice and ongoing learning to help leaders understand themselves more deeply, expand their capacity, and translate that awareness into how they lead.
